Vintage Betsey Johnson bustier, blazer, and pants.
Listening to: Combat Rock-The Clash. Favorite track: Rock the Casbah. I'm not much of a punk rock person, but I like a few of their songs. I read a quote today from that one of the band members once said about Led Zeppelin that I thought was interesting. "I don't even have to listen to their music. Just looking at one of their album covers makes me want to vomit."
I kind of went wild during this. That blur in the 4th picture is my poor dog.
Thrifted YSL shirt, vintage lace leotard, skirt I made.
Listening to: Led Zeppelin IV. Favorite track: Going to California. It is very difficult for me to pick a favorite track off of this album. It would probably be Stairway to Heaven, but the fact that the song is so overly famous kills it juuust enough to put it in second (but barely!). I still think it's quite the amazing song. The lyrics are amazing and I enjoy singing along, even though I can't get hit the high notes at all...also, their performance of it on The Song Remains the Same (the movie) mesmerizes me every time.
Oh, and thanks to my wonderful friend Jordan for giving me this record!
Audrey Hepburn is an icon in many, many ways. She has such poise, beauty, elegance and timeless style! She could look fantastic in the simplest things. She was such a great actor too...although she actually originally intended to be a dancer. She was also a really kind person. When she was older, she became an ambassador for Unicef and travelled to Africa to help children.
I could watch Breakfast at Tiffany's over and over.
