Yesterday I had a photoshoot with my friends Alison and Mia with my 35mm camera. I just ordered 50 rolls of film, so I'll probably be posting a good amount of photoshoots like these. I didn't edit these pictures at all, but I used a polarizing filter while shooting, which does exciting and unexpected things to the colors.

On me: Lace crop top I made, vintage skirt and purse.
On Alison: Vintage sailor dress.
On Mia: American Apparel crop top and vintage skirt.

Those of you who live in Southern California (actually, all of California), I hope you're enjoying the sudden heatwave! I don't think it was this hot all summer. It was almost 100 degrees by my house earlier! I spent part of the afternoon with my friends having a hose/watergun fight. We had to make do without access to a pool!

ps. check out Shop Shoeless Simone if you haven't already! :)

I adore all of you and your friends' outfits! (: I'm also loving the lace top you made, now I totally want one... D: and AHH, the weather today in LA was horrible... :/ I could barely even stand walking a second outside before complaining of the heat scorching my skin ! Thank god for AC! (:
